Yes you can. Call the number of the phone with the answering machine. When the machine picks up, enter 500 and follow the instructions. I believe this information is in the booklet that came with the phone.

Yes you can! You can choose an access code to use when calling in, then there are options as to listening, repeating and erasing messages. All in the instruction manual. It is easy to do !
