• The AT&T CL82207 is designed to work on analog, digital or VOIP residential type of service. The Smart Call Blocker feature will work as long you are subscribed to Caller ID service.

• I don't know a lot about Magicjack, but if it presents Caller ID to the phone, it should work. Just look on the phone LCD for the TN. If not, then the phone will screen all calls if it is programed for no Caller ID screening.
