“Just bought this phone. All the handsets are charging right now. To start using them must all the handsets be registered first to the base? Also can I turn the smart call block feature off and just manually add unwanted phone numbers to the no call list?”

No registration needed for bases & yes you can turn off the features good luck. Editing unwanted phone numbers i believe this can be done. I have not tried using that feature
