• Yes and I recommend using the speaker feature that seems to help these guys.

• My husband had difficulty hearing and he can hear the ringing and hear voices on the phone well.

• It is loud but probably not as loud as it should be and a person with hearing problems may have trouble hearing. I would say the performance is marginal for someone who is hearing impaired.

• Yes, I have poor hearing and can hear the phone well. It is easy to increase the handset volume from the menu while on a call
