• only compatible with US power 110 volts and it would not fit in another say 220volt outlet as they have different orientation (they don't look exactly like a US 110volt outlet, I think electric clothes dryers have a 220Volt outlet requirement and if you look at an outlet where one can plug an electric clothes dryer in they don't look like our other outlets do the prongs or the slots are at an angle sort if circular not like a regular 110 one

• You would need to use a Power down Transformer that changes 220v and lowers it to 110 / 120v My Family bought AT&T Cordless Phones and used them in Germany with a Transformer without problems.
