• These handsets are not a good choice for those hard of hearing - sound level is low. Consider purchasing a separate cordless system and plug into the Telo phone jack.

• Not sure on the noise reduction, but mom has the same issue and easily can hear. The speaker is also very good.

• Volume control is on the handset. No additional noise reduction that I can see. Works fine with my husband's hearing aid. No feedback or distortion. We have a good signal throughout the house and outside, no breakup even if farther away from the base station. I also like the larger print on the screen - easy to see.

• Not sure about the noise reduction, but got it for my mom who is in her 80's and she has no problems with it. She is also a little hard of hearing
