• No, I have Verizon as my Internet carrier and have no issues. Its just the brand of the phone there is no restriction on who supplies the phone line

• Absolutely not. Our landline phone service is carried by Frontier. Most cable companies offer a landline in addition to TV and Internet, so it should work with any provider.
