“How do you use the speed dial feature? How many numbers can you store and how easy is it to identify the people whose numbers you stored? I'm looking for an answering machine for my 94 year old mother that is easy for her to call her caregivers”

I got this for my 93 year old mother. She has no problem using the caller ID, answering machine or the speed dial but she has used the older model before. She says she can hear better on these phones too.
