“Further to previous question, just re-read specs on system, & seems I should have received 3 batteries & covers, received only 1 battery 1 cover,feel I have been short-changed. Maybe, if I have to I can purchase batteries, what do I do for covers?”

either take it back to where you bought the phone or contact the makers of the phone at the number that they have in the manual
