“Has anyone had problems with loading contacts and nothing happening when you press OK on contacts and how did you solve this problem”

• the "Work Around" is to power off phone, remove SIM, power back on Phone, then you can work with Contacts - Add/Edit... Found answer on another Forum (5g sim used on this 4g phone)

• Had same problem. Endless "Loading Contacts" message. AT&T agent couldn't solve, returned phone for replacement at his suggestion. Other 4052R phone works fine.
