“If I buy this cell phone and don't buy mins can I still use wifi”

• This is a prepaid phone so you buy the package that you want for the month. I only planned on using it for one week, so I purchased 1GB of data. The next level is 8 GB, then unlimited. Connect to wifi and there is no deduction of data. Also, it's unlimited talk and text. This is a great phone for someone that only needs it temporarily, or is not tech savy. I love technology, but found this phone to be better than I expected for the price.

• Yes. But not ATT wifi hotspots. Just private Wifi, like at McDonalds or a friends house.
