“Can this phone be unlocked officially through at&t unlock service since its a prepaid phone”

• Can unlock only once its been on att service for 6 months (I think 6 months) eventually you could probably get it unlock via e-bay

• Yeah, take it into the Best Buy and they can do it for free, if you bought it there. Have your receipt.

• I think AT&T would ask you to use this phone for a minimum of 1 year on their service before they unlock it. Not sure about how Bestbuy unlocks this phone. ebay might have options but I am not aware of which ones are reliable.
