QuestionHow can you stop this phone from leaching power, Using the battery saver seems to be no help at all and the phone must be plugged up at least twice a day if its used. and power is drained when its not used at all.

- Answer I have same phone, you probably have apps that run in background which eats battery. Try going into settings> apps & notification > app info and force stop apps like Facebook, WhatsApp, Snapchat and Google apps. They run consistently.

QuestionCan you purchase this phone without airtime? I'm looking for a phone to use basically as a small tablet for a 6 year old to play minecraft on (wifi only) while traveling without worrying about an expensive ipad being lost, stolen or broken.

QuestionHow do you pay for your time used on the phone? Do you need one of those pre paid cards or can you pay another way in advanced?? It's for an older senior and rather not use the pre paid cards.

- Answer I currently use ATT prepaid, and if you don’t want to use the refill cards, then you can create an online account at ATT and have the amount automatically deducted from your credit or debit account if that’s better for you. Some plans also qualify for a discount when you sign up for autopay.

- Answer I use the App that comes with it, not sure what its called (gallery?), but it's the one with the stylized white mountain and pink background. Pretty straightforward. Choose your album, choose your photo to view and there is a trash can symbol to delete that picture at the bottom right. If you want to delete multiples, you go back to your album, press the trash can at the top and you can check the ones you want deleted as a batch.

Some car manufacturers have specific phone models that are approved for use in their cars. You may want to contact Nissan to verify this or ask if only specific smartphones can be used in their cars or is any Bluetooth enabled phone will work...^IFV

QuestionHow does prepaid work? We only have service if we pay in advance and we have no contract? So if we load it up and use it once and then don't use it again for months, we just re-load the account before using? But we can use it up and not reload it?

- Answer Prepaid has to be paid monthly. AT&T will automatically take the money off your phone and reduce your payment by $10.00. If you have more than one phone on your account, I have my wife and a neighbor on mine, you save more.instead of paying $120.00 per month, I pay $80.00. But it must be paid every month. There is no contract. If you don't pay you have a set period of time to pay before you account closes, and your phone will not work until you do pay.

- Answer The AT&T Prepaid - LG Phoenix 4 with 16GB Memory Prepaid Cell Phone - Titan Black is not unlocked. You will need to put in a request with AT&T to unlock the phone for you. AT&T has conditions that must be met for them to unlock it for you. They will unlock it if the device has been active for at least 60 days (if you bought it on an installment plan or term agreement, if your account does not have a past-due balance, if contracts are completed and any installment plans linked to the device are paid off, or if the device isn't reported as lost, stolen, or involved with fraud...^IFV

QuestionWith the brightness level set at full maximum will the screen appear bright when used outdoors? My lady has the Phoenix 2 phone and upon using it outside you can hardly see what's onscreen, and this with brightness set at max. Please inform. Thanks!

QuestionWhy I keep having accuweather add? They pop everytime I turn on the phone. VERY unhappy. Can't unstall it. Take a photo, I don't have time for it. As soon as I unlock the phone, a add show up. I have to slide it off. Then another one.
