• You can transfer your existing AT&T plan, without upgrading the plan or making changes. I would strongly recommend you check with AT&T Customer Support or your local AT&T retail store to confirm.

• I use these phones on my regular AT&T account for my kids. Works just fine. Our plan is unlimited data anyway, but I don't want my kids having expensive phones.
