• Yes. You can use any prepaid phone with ATT. Just put your SIM card in and it will work.

• I have a history of damaging phones. This phone is my replacement for when things happen! Have had to "replace" a contract phone to get by with phone service until repairs are made. ATT usually works with that. I have switched to GoPhone service since then. I like to not have a contract....
