LG rep told me the problem is a software glitch. Wait for the next software update to see if the problem is resolved. This is a non-answer. What if there is no software update in the future? Is LG interested in finding ways to improve their products based on customer feedback? If the issue is a software glitch, it would have affected other customers. Has LG developed a solution for this problem? Wish the rep was more pro-active and pushed a software update to my phone to see if the problem can be solved.
