• Yes you can! At&t has a $50 per month plan with Talk Text and 8Gb data per month that if you pay for a year of this plan you receive a discount on the rate. Just visit the at&t website.

• I am not sure what you mean by an app availability, but you can get anything that falls in its spec range from google play.. and yes at&t has been dabbling in the discount packages for paying a year up front.. I haven't tried it yet, but they mail me about it, and I've seen it on the prepaid site several times
