• I bought a phone that was locked to AT&T. I was able to use it with SafeLink by purchasing a TracFone and AT&T compatible SIM card. I put the SIM card in and then called SafeLink and they did what they had to do to get it to work. So I don't see why this one wouldn't work as well.
