• No. It's just like a cell phone. If your AT&T phone works there, this will work there. If not, best of luck!

• Only if the cabin gets 4G LTE signal from ATT, and you need a prepaid SIM to access it - I take the one out of my phone.

• As long as you can receive a wireless signal in the area your at, it should work fine. You don't need an installed internet or phone service.

• This works similar to your cell phone. If you dont have phone service or cellular service reception, you wont be able to use it.
