• Your question is unclear. If you activate this Mobley device, pay for service, and install it in your car (on the OBDII port), you will have a wifi hotspot in your vehicle. You can connect to this wifi hotspot with any wifi-compatible devices including phones, tablets, laptops, or desktops (with wifi adapters). It doesn't matter who you use for a cell carrier on that phone, if you're connecting to this device with wifi. I hope that answers your question and helps others.

• This device is AT&T only. It uses AT&T frequencies, not Verizon frequencies. The good news is you can have it as your only AT&T device on an AT&T account. So even though you have you cell phone service with Verizon you can have an AT&T account with just this $20 data plan for this Mobley.
