Only if the cartridge on your turntable happens to be the AT3600L Cartridge. Please send a photo of the cartridge end of your tonearm to [email protected] and we will attempt to identify your cartridge. If the cartridge cannot be identified, or a replacement stylus for it is no longer available, you can always replace the entire cartridge/stylus assembly. We believe the Nikko NP-550 Turntable had a P-mount (aka Plug-in or T4P) type tonearm and therefore our AT81CP or AT85EP P-mount Cartridge will work with it.
