Are they loud and have bass null

Impedance is fairly low at 40 ohms, and sensitivity is high at 104 dB/mW so they are easy to drive to ample volume levels. Bass reproduction is accurate - not hyped. If powerful bass is what you are after, consider the ATH-AVC400 instead at this price point.
