The AT-LP60-USB is fully automatic and features a belt drive, whereas the AT-LP120-USB is manual and uses a direct drive.

It is also direct-drive and fully manual in operation versus belt-drive and fully automatic operation for the much less expensive AT-LP60-USB Turntable. The cartridge on an LP60 cannot be replaced, only the stylus can. The tracking force cannot be adjusted on an LP60 and there is no anti-skate adjustment. The LP60 does not have a third speed, which is 78 rpm. These are just a few notable differences.
