Q: does this model require speakers to be able to hear audio?

A: This turntable does not have built-in speakers, so a computer or home audio system will be required to hear what's being played.

Q: Can this product play my records and record them onto a CD?

A: Thank you for your inquiry. Yes, it can. Included is a USB connection and software for recording to your computer system.

Q: Will this unit play the 3 speeds of records-33/13, 45, 78 RPM?

    A: Our AT-LP60 Series Turntables have 2 speeds, 33-1/3 and 45 RPM. Our AT-LP120-USB and AT-LP1240-USB Turntables have 3 speeds, 33-1/3, 45 and 78 RPM.

Q: I do not have a phono jack on stereo, will this play on my modern stereo with digital rca jacks

A: Yes it will. All of our turntables feature a selectable (on or off) built-in phono preamplifier. The use of it permits the turntable to be connected to other, line level inputs such as Aux, CD, Tape, Tuner etc.

Q: Can I record vinyl to a flash drive?

A: Not directly, no. After the recording is saved to your computer, the saved audio file can be transferred from it to a flash drive.

Q: Is this what I need to dup albums onto Ipod?

A: Thank you for your inquiry. This system is designed to digitize vinyl records to a computer. Once it is on the computer it can be moved to other devices such as an iPod.

Q: can I record a lp direct to a cd

A: No, it comes with a software to download in your computer, then you can do it.
