“I have the AT audio technica mic with the Neewer input output power source and it STILL won't pick up my voice. Is the AT2020 headset required for the mic to work? Yes, I've check my settings and everything seems in order.”

The problem is the Neewer phantom power supply, for some reason it cannot power the AT2020 Microphone. Consider the Mackie M48 Phantom Power Supply instead.
