No, it will not. The stylus that would have been supplied with the Audio-Technica model SLT88E Cartridge was the ATN5103R Stylus which has been discontinued for quite some time. Look for the equivalent ATN102EP Replacement Stylus which was discontinued more recently. It appears that some of our dealers still have ATN102EP stock.
