Most noise canceling headphones have some audio feedback when the noise cancelling is on though I'm not a 100% sure this is the issue you're having
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Salas; hi. any time there is any distortion, the potential exists for malfunctioning. Assuming you are using bluetooth, check the following first: * the shielding in the dwelling(Brick, Concrete, Steel, etc) for possible issues. * other bluetooth devices that are active in close proximity to the headphones. * If you are using a streaming service like spotify for your music; you may need to tweak some of the settings(sampling rate, EQ, Dolby, etc) as these might be interferring as well. * Did this start recently or ever since you have had the headphones * Are they still under mfg warranty? If so, a call/email/ etc to Sony would be advised. I had a charging issue, and they replaced mine within a week. hope this helps a bit
