• It depends. The TV will need to have stereo (a Left and a Right) RCA type input jacks on it.

• Possibly. If your TV has an audio input set of connects it may work. This all depends on the inputs available on your specific set. If you have any questions about this just bring in the documentation for your set to your local Best Buy. Somebody there should be sharp enough to help you out.
