It does not have dual voltage. It is 120V 60hz. You can use a transformer for the voltage but they have 50 Hz in EU and that is not compatible for things that have motors. In this case the motor is probably DC and has a power supply which probably can deal with 50 cycles ok. But if it was me I would buy one locally once I got there.
