Is this compatible with my current Sony Receiver? It has 2 plugs (red and yellow) that connects it to the receiver. I bought the full system in the late 80's and it works great and I hate to replace the entire system because I need a new turntable. null

I can see no reason why it would not be compatible with an older receiver. It's still set up to connect just like the older turntables. It also has other options for newer style receivers.

It should work well on your receiver. It works very well on my non digital receiver that only has RCA Red and White on the phono input.
