- Answer I have never hooked one up to a TV, but it doesn't come with different plugins that can go into a PC or single port that can plug into TV audio section port.

- Answer The turntable comes with fixed audio cables with RCA type connectors for your receiver. They are good enough quality but since they are fixed you can not upgrade them or make them longer. You will love this turntable the fidelity blew my mind.

- Answer On the back of the turntable is a small switch that says Phono or Inline, if my memory serves me correctly. If receiver does not have a phono input, set it on Inline.

QuestionIs this compatible with my current Sony Receiver? It has 2 plugs (red and yellow) that connects it to the receiver. I bought the full system in the late 80's and it works great and I hate to replace the entire system because I need a new turntable.

- Answer I can see no reason why it would not be compatible with an older receiver. It's still set up to connect just like the older turntables. It also has other options for newer style receivers.

- Answer Look on back for the Phono/Inline switch. That may be your answer. Inline if receiver doesn't have a phono input. The directions with the turntable will tell you how to position the belt. The red strips included help pull the belt over the belt pulley. If you didn't use them, the instructions will tell you how to set the belt over the pulley through the openings in the silver platter. You first need to make sure the belt is flat around the base, and then pull the belt carefully over the pulley through the platter opening. It's not difficult. Good luck. Hope you saved your instructions.

- Answer https://www.slant.co/versus/18313/18317/~audio-technica-at-lp120-usb_vs_audio-technica-at-lp60 This link will give your the pros and cons of both, but it looks like the main difference is that the lp120 has the ability to make digital copies of records, three speeds compared to the lp60's two, and that the lp120 is a direct drive while the lp60 is belt driven.

- Answer Most turntable are not designed to hook up to speakers, but to Receivers or preamp. Hope that helps.

- Answer If you have a bad needle it could be harmful to vinyl. However it sounds like you may have a balance issue. If weight on the arm is too much or too little it will cause issues. Its important to have proper balance & speed to ensure proper play. (Balancing is done with the round cylinder at the back of the arm.) Best of luck
