it’s a self instillation. very simple. there are instruction videos in the website. all you need is a screw driver.

You can install yourself in 5 minutes. All you need is a Phillips screwdriver. Tape across the front of the deadbolt to the door (key side). Remove 2 screws (thumb turn side). Put on their plate with the screws you just removed. Select and install the correct adapter. Pull the wings back on the unit, place it over the plate, and push the wings back into place. DONE.
