• I think it took me all of 5 minutes to install. Time included directions online. Minimal tools . very easy.

• Yes, very! As long as you have a deadbolt installed already. It took me less than 10 minutes to remove the old one and install this one.

• I found this easy to install as you use your existing Deadbolt. The installation is done through the app when you download it on your phone. It walks you through step by step. It only took about 10 minutes to install. I do find the lock response time to be a little on the slower side.
