“It shows that the dark grey is sold out and unavailable within 250 miles of my location. I entered about 4 zip codes from different regions all over the country. Is this color no longer available with BestBuy? I can find it on Amazon.”

I think the grey is only sold online. The store associate told me they don't carry it in store and you have to order it online to get it from Best Buy. Online purchase was easy and fast.
