• So I live in an apartment and I have two deadbolts and a handle. I have a deadbolt that you can unlock from the out the outside and one deadbolt that you lock from the indufe( the one for when you’re sleeping). I put the August Lock Pro on the deadbolt that allows entry from the outside. I hope this helps.
