“Nobody seems to know the answer to my question?? Will the August smart lock pro & connect work on my house in mezcales nayarit Mexico from my home in Seattle Washington or do I need to buy the product from that city which would be from Telmex.”

If you have an Internet connection in Mexico and you are in the US or anywhere in the world you should be able to check it, open it or lock it.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I dont see any reason why it wouldn't work if everything is setup for wi fi connection at the location the lock is at. Unless you are asking will it fit on the door from one location to the other.
