“I have a narrow window next to my door and would like to secure the inside of my door with this rather than a simple turn knob. Can I disable the turn feature on this lock where it won't turn jf someone breaks the window and reaches in?”

• Unfortunately there is no way to disable the turning of the lock. If you couldn’t turn it by hand, then you might find yourself in a bind if the batteries failed or the app didn’t work.

• No, you can always unlock the door from the inside because otherwise it would be a fire safety hazard. There are double cylinder deadbolts that you can buy for this use-case, but they aren't smart.
