• Not using the app. You would need something like Alexa, Google home or Apple HomeKit.

• I use Apple HomeKit and I can do this. I have it set to lock up every night at the same time. I can only assume that Alexa and echo have similar facilities. If you are asking if that can be done by using the August app, I see no such facility in the IOS version. Hope this is helpful.
