  • QuestionHow can we download all our pictures on our apple computer to a photo frame. If this isn't possible is there another product that has the function, we have over 3,000 photos on the computer.

    • Answer Aura offers you a variety of different ways to upload photos from a computer to your frame. They include: 1. Using the Web Uploader 2. Using the Google Photos integration 3. Using Apple iCloud. Because you have an Apple computer, we'd recommend using Apple’s free iCloud service which allows your different devices (phone, tablet, desktop computer) to upload selected photos to Apple’s secure cloud storage. Once you activate “Photo Syncing” in your iPhone or iPad iCloud settings, you will see all your photos - including those on your computer - in your photo library. Using the Aura app’s “Add photos” option, you will now be able to see and select the synced photos from your computer to send them to your frame(s).

    • Answer Absolutely! Using the Aura app, you can easily invite friends and family to your frame(s). Invited frame members need to set up a (free) Aura account so they can then contribute to the frame via their own Aura Frames app or via the Web Uploader from anywhere in the world!

  • QuestionDoes this frame shuffle randomly through all the pictures before repeating?

    • Answer Aura offers two different Photo Order modes to give you some control over the order in which the frame will display your uploaded photos/videos. In Shuffle mode, all photos are shuffled together in a randomized order and recently added photos will be shown within the next feed. Chronological mode shows all added items by the date they were taken, the oldest first. The photos/videos will be shown in a loop that restarts once the frame has reached the photo/video with the most recent date.
