A:Answer By default, your frame automatically adjusts to the brightness in the room, turning off when it's dark and on when it senses light. This setting is called "Auto" On & Off. To override this feature, you can schedule your frame to turn on and off at the same time everyday. You can also use the Touch Bar (on Mason, Sawyer, Smith and Carver models) to manually turn it off or simply pull the plug out of the bag since this will neither damage your frame nor lose any of your files.
