Is this a reader or a scanner? null

OBDII Diagnostic tool & also can perform service functions, such as; reset oil change screen & register a new battery & several more. However, be warned it will NOT work, for service functions, if your car is newer than 2017 or 2018. Autel customer service is very bad.
