• A:Answer Autel drones are really good. I have it for a year now. The flying is good the handling is good. I never go through their customer service for anything so I wouldn’t know if their customer service is garbage. If my drone is broken I go through best buy for a new one, I am total tech member with bestbuy. If my drone is broken I bring it to Best Buy and I get brand new one!
