Not unless Autel recently did so in a software/firmware update. I get the impression from drone experts reviews and product specs from Autel, that it is understood that the pilot is responsible for following safe and legal flying. I recommend getting your free TRUST exam certificate. If you want to you can register your drone with FFA, but part 107 is NOT required for this drone if only recreational use.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The answer is that it does comply with the Remote ID because it is under 250g. 249g or less. If you fly with the larger battery you will no longer be in compliance and would require a license, registration and a separate remote id module.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Only drones that weigh 250 g or more a required to be remote ID compliant. That is why these 249g drones are so popular right now, they can be flown without having to comply with the remote ID rule.
