• A:Answer Not unless Autel recently did so in a software/firmware update. I get the impression from drone experts reviews and product specs from Autel, that it is understood that the pilot is responsible for following safe and legal flying. I recommend getting your free TRUST exam certificate. If you want to you can register your drone with FFA, but part 107 is NOT required for this drone if only recreational use.
