4+ miles in low wind and wide open area with clear line of site between drone and remote antennas (pointed down). Did 4 miles out - 8 miles round trip and landed with 13% battery remaining (all stock remote and battery) . Btw - had full signal at 4 mi and crystal clear live picture transmission back entire flight.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The flight distance is about 3.2 miles for me with no obstructions between you and the drone. You can connect for up to 4 miles or so, but your max distance out is governed on the ability to return before the battery goes dead. Yes you can go 4 miles, you just won't make it back. I have had the batteries last about 22 - 25 minutes. Longer if your are static and are just hovering.

Please try again later.Have never really pushed the Evo to the extreme but will say this after owning several drones, the Evo hands down is my favorite, and primary drone, depending on the wind, how far I fly it, or whatever, I'm getting around 25 minutes flight time, but like I've mentioned, I've lost a few so tend not to push my luck, also, was 38ft away from the home point, 100 feet up, just hovering, a swan attacked my drone, found it 38 feet away from the home point submerged in water in a wetland hours later, fell from 100 feet, clean and dried the Evo up, set her on the table with a fan on her, all while being depressed over damage to another drone, 3 days later the Evo was flying and taking video and pictures perfectly, never had a drone that took such amazing footage and pictures, I love this drone!
