Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.There is front obstacle avoidance that will halt the Evo in its tracks if you get too close to an object. The rear sensors do not really provide avoidance like the front ones, merely an indication if there's something behind the Evo. The Evo II has 360-degree obstacle avoidance...if you're concerned about that you may want to opt for the Evo II. I have had my Evo I since March and I find the avoidance works well but as the pilot-in-charge I still maintain a decent bit of situational awareness around it when I fly just in case.
