A:AnswerI have not noticed any on my part, but I am using Windows. If you are referring to move the application from one Windows computer to another, it will tell which applications you move that may not work and give you the option to move or not move them.
A:AnswerIf Windows will not fully boot up then you would not be able to install Fix it to run the Fix tools. The Fix it CD is a bootable CD. You could use this recovery tools to try restoring to a Windows restore point and then see if it will launch Windows fully.
