Yes, it is -- the installing a bit tricky, at least for when I did it on Windows 10 via USB 3.0. I wrote a review that breaks down the steps on getting it to work better.

It also doesn't deal well with rooms with natural light. It washes out the image. It's just plug and play. Windows will automatically pick it up when you plug it into your USB port.
