• Aventon say we need to talk to BestBuy. BestBuy say we need to talk to Aventon. Nobody wants to take responsibility. Beware.

• Thank you for your question! Currently Best Buy does not off Protection Plans on these items but we hope that changes soon. For warranty you can work with Aventon directly as they cover parts and labor if issues should arise with your bike.
