- Answer Hi there, our Aventure Model comes in 3 sizes. Small 5'1"-5'9", Medium 5'7"-5'11", Large 5'11"-6'4". It may be best to take in account the measure of your inseam as well.

- Answer If you did not purchase the bike from the bike shop and the shop is not an Aventon dealer they will likely NOT work on the electrical system on the bike. You will be out of luck as I doubt Best Buy has anyone ready to work on these bikes.

- Answer Hi Chip, the torque rating is approximately 80 nm. We use Bafang geared hub motors on our Aventure. -Aventon

- Answer Hi Tobe, it can be unlocked to a Class III ebike and can go up to 28 MPH on pedal assist through the Aventon app.
